BlueTrain offers consulting and evaluation services to customers in the pharmaceutical and food industries looking to gain an advantage in the market. 1. Situational analysis

We conduct an analysis of all production equipment to identify the availability, existing logistic issues and any bottlenecks in your current production. We also provide suggestions on how data on the machines, such as working time, production time, and downtime, can be monitored.

2. Implementation

Implementation of the application for monitoring of the line, Stand Alone and MES-integration. The installed application enables:

Collection of data from the line
Presentation of the collected data in real time and in report format

3. Qualitative Analysis

Collected data from the applications are processed and compiled.

4. Optimizing

Based on the comprehensive analysis performed, changes are carried out to:

Increase the lines’ productivity

Background

BlueTrain is owned by PRC Engineering’s Jan Johansson and Frank Shultz.

PRC Engineering is responsible for the areas of sales, industry segment knowledge and project methodology to implement projects with BlueTrain in the pharmaceutical and food industries.

Jan Johansson has been working to build AstraZeneca's tablet production in Södertälje, Sweden and at sites within England. Jan possesses expertise in production, process technology and what future challenges the industry faces. This allows for all our solutions to improve your production with short term and long term goals in mind.

Frank Schulz has over 20 years working with packaging technology for Bosch Packaging Development in Germany. Frank has implemented projects worldwide and has also been responsible for training customers on the Bosch technology allowing successful and confident implementation.

5. Follow-up

BlueTrain presents our customers with the current status of the machines, and comparative statistics with the previous generation, to enable continuous improvement.

Continuous monitoring also allows for rapid responses to emerging challenges.
